Custody of the Holy Land launches new website

Visit www.custodia.org to see the new official website of the Custody of the Holy Land.  The Franciscans of the Holy Land have launched this remodeled version of their site, allowing friends and followers of the Holy Land to keep in touch in the simplest of ways.  Scrolling through images and enjoying the posted videos, followers can discover new sacred sites and keep up to date with the various projects that are underway.

Upon unveiling the new site, Father Pierbattista Pizzaballa, guardian of the Holy Land declared, “It’s the love and dedication to these sacred lands of Christ that instills in all Christians the desire to feel close to the Holy Land.  The remodeling of the site is centered around this desire, as we allow those who live far from us to witness the life of our community.”  The site will remain a work in progress as we constantly update and add to it.  Look out for future information regarding the Sacred Grounds of Salvation, which have been lovingly tended to by the Franciscans for over 800 years.
