The Christians of the Holy Land tell their story

At the beginning of the Year of Faith, the Franciscan Media Center interviewed Christians of the Holy Land. They spoke of their hopes and their difficulties.

As a young shopkeeper said: “We need the whole world to pray for us and stand by us. We need people to come to Bethlehem, visit the Church of the Nativity and us too!” Another added: “To go back to the origins. To rediscover Jesus, the Gospel and sayings of the Gospel.”

ATS pro Terra Sancta continues to support, as well as the stones of memory and the Holy Places, these people, the “living stones” of the Holy Land. They testify their faith and keep the Christian presence alive in the Land of God.
