On the occasion of the Holy Easter, the Stella Nova Chorus, made of children from a Milan school (10 years of age and above) e some of their parents and teachers, came to Jerusalem upon invitation by Father Armando Pierucci, founder of the Magnificat Institute of Jerusalem.

71 people among choir members and their escorts were hosted in the modest guesthouse of Child Mary and had their meals at the Casa Nova of Jerusalem after their long morning, afternoon and evening liturgies during the Easter Triduum, when they sang with the Franciscan Friars of the Custody of the Holy Land and the choir of the Magnificat Institute.

The group generously covered all the travel, food and boarding expenses. Before leaving, they also left a generous offer to support the activities of the Magnificat Institute and the charity activities of the Franciscans in the Holy Land.

Please continue reading the message they left for the Custodian of the Holy Land, Father Pierbattista Pizzaballa.
