Today marks the terrible anniversary of the war in Syria, an often forgotten war that has lasted for too long. Where the bombs have not arrived, poverty, hunger and the darkest despair arrive. With our eyes on the terrible events of these days in Ukraine, we want to commemorate this anniversary by stating even more forcefully: “stop the madness of war!”.
It is mainly children who suffer most from the consequences of 11 long years of exhausting conflict. We see it in their drawings…
