On September 21st took place the inaugural ceremony of the Way of the Cross, donated to the Custody of the Holy Land by various painters, coordinated by the artist Giovanni Cremonese in collaboration with the Commissariat of the Holy Land in Treviso, Italy.

The group, made up of Knights of the Holy Sepulchre on pilgrimage to the Holy Land along with a delegation of the artists who carried out the work, first met with Fr. Silvio de La Fuente, Secretary of the Custody of the Holy Land, then with Tommaso Saltini, Coordinator for ATS pro Terra Sancta, and finally with Fr. Artemio VĂtores, the Custodial Vicar.

Those attending the ceremony of the Way of the Cross, guided by the artist Giovanni Cremonese, were then able to admire each of the fourteen works exhibited in the entrance hall of the Custodial Curia.

At the conclusion of the session, the Custodial Vicar blessed the exhibited works, a welcome gift that has reinforced the link between the group of artists and pilgrims and the Holy Land, by means of a concrete sign of friendship and affinity with the Custody of the Holy Land.
