Donation in Memory

A donation in memory is a gesture of celebration of the earthly life of your loved one, to keep his or her memory alive.

Choosing to donate in memory means perpetuating the values and love of the person you remember, transforming his legacy into a tangible impact for the communities of the Holy Land. Your gesture, in fact, translates into real help for children, the elderly and families in difficulty and allows us to preserve the Holy Places.

How to donate in memory of a loved one

Decide on the amount of your donation. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

Fill out the Donation Form: you will find a specific field for the "Donation in Memory" where you can enter the name of your loved one.

Receive confirmation and thanks from the Custodian: we will send you a confirmation of your donation. In addition, as a token of our deep gratitude and recognition for your gesture, you will receive a personalized letter in the name of the Custos of the Holy Land.

Your name and that of your loved one forever in the Book of Benefactors of the Holy Land

With any in-memory donation, even the smallest, you will receive a letter from the Holy Land and your name and that of your family member will be written in the Book of Benefactors, preserved in the Historical Archive in Jerusalem, which has guarded the documents of the Custody of the Holy Land for 800 years

The name of your loved one carved in the golden stone of Jerusalem forever in the Holy Land

With an in-memory donation of 5,000 euros, the name of your loved one will be carved, for everlasting memory, into the golden stone of Jerusalem. You will receive a copy in a keepsake box, as a reminder of your gesture of solidarity, and your name and the name of your loved one will be recorded in the Book of Benefactors.

The stone in memory of your loved one dedicated to a beloved Holy Place.

With an in-memory donation exceeding 10,000 euros, the name of your loved one will be commemorated with a plaque to be placed in the area of the Convent of the Flagellation, where the Franciscan friars preserve the history of Christian traces in the Holy Land. Additionally, your name and that of your loved one will be recorded in the Book of Benefactors.
