PRAYER FOR INTERCESSION

of St. Anthony of Padua

Sinner unworthy to appear before God,
I come to your feet, dear Saint Anthony,
to implore your intercession
in this time of difficulty.
Help me through your intercession with God,
deliver me from all evil, especially from sin,
and ask for me the grace of (…)
Dear Saint, I am also a person
that God has entrusted to your care,
and to your provident goodness.
I am sure that I too through you
I’ll have as much as I ask
and so I will see my pains calmed down,
heal my wounds,
wipe away my tears,
calm my heart.
Comforter of the troubled do not deny me
the comfort of your intercession with God.
So be it!
