The Magnificat Institute of Music in Jerusalem is to expand: a press conference to showcase this development

By September 2012, the Magnificat Institute of Music in Jerusalem will increase its capacity by 500 square metres of new facilities, thanks to funding from the Le Marche Region (Italy), the municipality of Maiolati Spontini, the Premio Vallesina association and the Custody of the Holy Land.

Accordingly, a conference was held on Tuesday 19th June in Monsano’s town hall. This had showcased the development at the Old City of Jerusalem music school, which ATS pro Terra Sancta continues to support, with many other partners and friends of pro Terra Sancta.

The conference was attended by: the mayor of Maiolati Spontini ing. Giancarlo Carbini, the president of Premio Vallesina cav. Gianluca Fioretti and Dr Andrea Garbini of Garbini Consulting, partner company of the Magnificat.  Father Armando Pierruci, founder of the musical institute, will be linked live to the conference by telephone to provide the latest news on the work and the school’s activities.
