Two examples of solidarity: the messages of the donors to ATS pro Terra Sancta

We present below two small but important examples of solidarity, in support of our projects for the children of the Holy Land.

At the initiative of the teachers, the children and parents of the elementary school “Virgilio Giotti” in Trieste work together throughout the school year to reach a shared objective, that of aiding less fortunate children: funds are raised through the sale of hand-made goods, with the participation of everyone, and the proceeds are donated to solidarity projects. This year the children and teachers have decided to donate the proceeds to the children of Gaza, who ATS pro Terra Sancta supports through its projects. We reproduce the letter of our friend Barbara, the mother of one of the students in the school.

For six years now the “Bible Listening Group” of Viterbo has contributed, through its donations, to our projects to support the Christian communities in the Holy Land. As our friend and group coordinator Paola writes in the letter we present below, this contribution is meant to aid Christians so that they can remain “in our beloved Holy Land, as living stones of testimony”.
