During the Holy Night, adults and children can look at Bethlehem, at that cave where the history of Christianity began. How? Thanks to the Nativities, the beautiful tradition started with St. Francis which spread all over the world through the Franciscans.

Each culture, each nation has created in time its own version of the Nativity, and nowadays we can find an infinite variety of forms, materials, dimensions, processing methods etc.

A beautiful exhibition, collecting Nativity scenes from the 5 continents, will be open from December 24 to January 8 in Cermenate, near Como.

The exhibition will take place in the Friars Minor Convent, V. Montebello n 26 in Cermenate. Opening time: from Monday to Friday3.00p.m.to6.30p.m., Sunday and festivities11.00a.m.to12.30a.m.and3.00p.m.to06.30p.m.

The Exhibition “Nativities from around the world” is promoted in collaboration with ATS pro Terra Sancta, which will also take this opportunity to present to visitors  its campaign to collect funds “AT CHRISTMAS TIME A RETURN TO THE BEGINNING” to support the people in Bethlehem: children, youth, families and old people who live in the town where Jesus was born.
